KK Rewards

KK Rewards is the Krakking Korals rewards program. Membership is free for Krakking Korals customers aged 16 or over in Australia and New Zealand. Some rewards aren't available to New Zealand members (we treat you as one if your account's default address is in New Zealand, or, if there isn't one, you told us you live there). Sign in with your Krakking Korals account to earn points online and in store, then swap them for reward codes.

Open KK Rewards to see your points, tier and rewards.

Earning points

  • 1 point for every $1 you spend online and in store (after discounts).
  • No points are earned on shipping or gift cards.
  • Points don't expire.

Using your points

  • 100 points = $1 off, with no minimum spend. Bronze and Silver members redeem from 500 points ($5 off) at a time; Gold and Platinum members can redeem any number of points.
  • 2,000 points = 10% off livestock (corals, fish, anemones, inverts and clean-up crew). Not available to New Zealand members.
  • 3,000 points = 10% off storewide.

Reward codes are single use and can't be used on sale or Specials items or combined with other codes.

Tiers

Your tier is based on the points you've earned in the last 12 months (rolling). Redeeming points never lowers your tier progress.

  • Bronze (from 0 points): 1 point per $1 and a 200-point birthday bonus.
  • Silver (2,500 points): a $5 bonus code when you reach Silver, a 250-point birthday bonus and a 1.5x points boost for 24 hours, once a month.
  • Gold (5,000 points): a $10 bonus code when you reach Gold, a 350-point birthday bonus and a 2x points boost for 24 hours, once a month.
  • Platinum (10,000 points): a free frag when you reach Platinum (packed with your next coral order of $150 or more, or given to you in store with a purchase; not available to New Zealand members), a 500-point birthday bonus, the shipping you paid back as points on orders of $300 or more, and a 3x points boost for 24 hours, once a month.

More ways to earn

  • Aquarium Ledger: 150 points when you sign up to the free Aquarium Ledger app and link it to KK Rewards, plus 5 points a day for logging a water test on your own tank (up to 35 points a week).
  • Refer a mate: your friend gets 500 points on their first order of $50 or more, and you get 1,000 points once that order has passed 30 days without a refund (up to 10 referrals a year).
