Shipping & livestock delivery (Australia-wide)

Krakking Korals ships corals, marine livestock, and aquarium equipment online across Australia. Read this page before you order — especially if you’re buying livestock.

Quick facts

  • Livestock ships Tuesdays only. Order cutoff 12:00 noon Monday (Sydney time). Later orders ship the following Tuesday.
  • No livestock to Tasmania (includes copepods and phytoplankton).
  • Equipment & dry goods: Monday–Friday Australia-wide.
  • New Zealand: dry goods only, from $19.95 AUD flat rate, 8 kg limit (no livestock to NZ).
  • WYSIWYG corals: photos show the actual piece for sale.

Livestock shipping

Fee: $39.95 AUD. PO Box delivery incurs an extra $10.

We ship all livestock on Tuesdays only. Asking for a different day or a courier we don’t recommend voids DOA (except airport-to-airport freight arranged with us first).

We may hold livestock to the next week (or longer) if public holidays or conditions would raise the risk of losses. You can request same-week ship in those cases, but DOA is forfeited.

Dead on arrival (DOA)

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery with photo evidence.
  • Remedy is resend or store credit / gift card (minus shipping), stock permitting — not change-of-mind refunds on livestock.
  • DOA covers the livestock purchase only — shipping is not refunded.
  • DOA is not available for WA, FNQ, and NT addresses, or addresses that are not eligible for overnight shipping. If StarTrack estimated transit is more than 1 day, you purchase at your own risk.

Equipment & dry goods (Australia)

Shipped Monday–Friday. Fees are based on cart weight and can vary. Bulky items may need extra freight — we may contact you or cancel if a higher charge is required.

We aim for the next business day where possible; it isn’t guaranteed. Mixed carts (livestock + dry goods) pay livestock shipping plus separate dry-goods/equipment shipping, and may leave on different days.

New Zealand

Dry goods only from $19.95 AUD flat rate, 8 kg limit. No corals, copepods, brine shrimp, or phytoplankton to NZ.

Large aquarium systems & airport freight

Large systems (many CADE / larger Waterbox tanks) are often limited stock; freight is by quote and depends on location — contact us before ordering.

Airport-to-airport: contact us for a quote before you checkout. Recommended for large orders.

Delays

We use third-party couriers and can’t control their delays. We’ll work toward a fair outcome where we can, and we may delay livestock ship if conditions raise the chance of losses.

Colour disclaimer

We aim for accurate photos, but we don’t accept change-of-mind returns because colours look different on screen or after shipping.
