Orders $300 - $450 - $19.95

We ship all livestock on Tuesday only

Equipment and dry goods shipping fees are based on the calculated weight of all items in your cart, therefore these vary dependent on your order.
We ship all live stock orders on Tuesday's only with order cut off being 8pm Sundays, due to courier booking timeframes. This to ensure the best possible outcome for your corals. Any request to ship on a different day or through a courier service we do not recommend will void your DOA (dead on arrival) Guarantee (with the exception of airport to airport freight). We also may delay shipping to the following week (or longer if absolutely necessary for the health of your corals) should there be delays from Covid-19 lockdowns or of there is public holiday the week your order is due to be sent that could affect courier timeframes. You can request to have your order shipped that week, however any DOA guarantee would be forfeited.
DRY GOODS SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND starting from $19.95 AUD flat rate. 8kg limit (we do not ship corals, Copepods, Brine shrimp or Phytoplankton to New Zealand, DRY GOODS ONLY)
Equipment and dry goods may be shipped separately and can be shipped any week day up to 2 business days following your order. We do endeavor to ship your order the next business day, however due to a number of reasons we cannot guarantee this. We also use another courier who are reliable but may take slightly longer, we chose this courier in order to keep our shipping costs to a minimum.
If you purchase live stock and equipment / dry goods you will be charged the normal live stock fees as above and additional fees will be added for the equipment and dry goods.
Airport to Airport - Please contact for quote prior to submitting your order.
For large orders, we highly recommend you contact us to discuss the option of airport to airport freight.
Lastly, Krakking Korals do not take any responsibility freight delays as we ship using third party organisations and cannot be held accountable for their actions. However, Krakking Korals will do everything in their power to find a fair solution where possible should delays occur. We also retain the right to delay shipping should there be circumstances that increase the chance of coral death.
In the unlikely event that your corals arrive DOA, please contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery and we will organise to resend or issue as store credit in the form or an online gift card (minus shipping costs), dependent on stock levels.
