Corals and livestock

In the unlikely event that your corals arrive DOA (dead on arrival), please contact us immediately upon receiving delivery with photo evidence and we will organise to resend or issue as store credit in the form or an online gift card (minus shipping costs), dependent on stock levels.

We only offer credits as part of our DOA Guarantee. If you receive your corals and they have died in transportation, you must contact us immediately upon delivery to be eligible for a replacement or credit (less shipping costs). 

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on our livestock due to change of mind or colours not being as expected due to the vast amount of reasons for colours appearing different online.

CHANGE OF MIND

Conditions for change of mind.

  1. Must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition.
  2. Must be within 90 Days of purchase In Store or delivery date if purchased online. 
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  4. Once your return has been approved and received you will then receive a store credit / gift voucher for the amount of the item paid. (Does not include postage costs)
  5. If your item is not approved due to being opened, damage or any other factor Krakking Korals deems the item is not in new saleable condition return of the item will be at the buyers cost.
  6. In the event a refund is granted instead of store credit a restocking fee for change of mind is 15%

In the event Krakking Korals issues a refund we will not be held liable for any international exchange rate difference and bank charges incurred.

Krakking Korals will not be held liable for any customs or import duties. 

Krakking Korals will not be held liable for items held or returned by customs, it is the duty of the buyer to make sure all imports are legal. Krakking Korals holds no liability for any circumstances in which customs interferes with your purchase.

USED EQUIPMENT

Our used goods come with a 30 day warranty. If a replacement is not possible any defective goods will be refunded minus shipping costs. 

Damaged or defective goods

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or defective we will offer a replacement or reasonable repair. We will send a return prepaid post slip for items that need to be returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
