Chaetomorpha

Chaetomorpha (chaeto) is a fast-growing green macroalgae used in saltwater reef aquariums and refugiums to export nutrients — mainly nitrate and phosphate — and to harbour beneficial pods.

Keep it tumbling or well-illuminated so the centre stays healthy. Harvest as it grows to pull nutrients out of the system.
